2. How to upload receipts automatically?

Home screen allows scanning of receipts, where receipt can be scanned instantly or selecting receipt image from a gallery. With either one of the methods you can upload the receipt. Once uploaded CDEALS will start monitoring the price action for each item for 90 days

3. Why my receipt subtotal and total in app is not matching?

After scanning the receipt if your receipt subtotal and total does not match, please scan and add the receipt one more time (or) using edit option, edit the price of the item which has mismatch.

6. What is the information, we capture from your receipt?

We capture product code, product description, Price and Discount and purchase date. CDEALS will not capture any other personal information

7. How to enter data Manually?

Home screen has option to enter the details manually where user can enter each product details like (product code, description, price & discount) for tracking

8. What is Price adjustment credit?

If you buy something in a store and then it goes on sale within 90 days, CDEALS will notify, and you can take your receipt back and get the difference from their previous purchase price and the promotional price. For few products conditions apply, please refer to return policy for corresponding stores

9. Where can I find return policy to claim price adjustment credit for each store?

10. How do I change the phone number linked to my CDEALs account?

Profile page allows the user to update the phone number, once updated OTP will be sent to updated phone number for authentication.

11. How can I contact the Support Team?

If you want to send message Navigate to Settings  Contact us. You can let us know your Issues & Concerns.

12. How to view the Hot deals of each store?

Navigate to store deals tab and select the store you need; we will display all the current deals with expiry date

13. Where can I see all my tracking?

Once the receipts are uploaded, navigate to home screen where you can see all the receipts with tracking status.

  • If the purchase date is within 90 days tracking status will be "ACTIVE"
  • If the purchase date is greater than 90 days tracking status will be "In-active"
  • If the purchase date is within 90 days and if there is a deal currently for a product in the receipt, tracking status will be "Pricedrop Available"
  • If the purchase date is within 90 days and if there was a deal for a product in the receipt available earlier but not right now, tracking status will be "Missed"
  • If the purchase date is within 90 days and if there is a deal for a product in the receipt which is coming soon, tracking status will be "Coming Soon"

Help

1. What if, I submitted a wrong receipt (or) selected a wrong store during upload

For any wrong uploads navigate to home screen, select the item and swipe it to the left to delete the wrong receipt and re- upload the correct receipt again

2. What if, I entered a wrong detail, manually

When wrong details are entered manually navigate to home screen select the particular entry, on top right corner select the edit and update the correct details

3. Trouble scanning the receipt

The most common reason CDEALS can't take pictures of your receipt is the restricted access to the user's camera. Follow the steps below to adjust your settings on your device and grant CDEALS access to your camera.

For iOS Users:

  • Go to your device Settings.
  • Scroll down and tap CDEALS.
  • Enable the toggle next to "Camera" to ensure camera permissions are turned on.

For Android Users:

  • Go to your device Settings.
  • Scroll down and tap Application Manager.
  • Tap CDEALS.
  • Tap on Permissions and Camera and make sure your camera permissions are turned on.

4. The app is having trouble loading.

If you are having an issue that is not related to connectivity, try these steps below to help refresh the app.

To force your app to close:

iOS

  • Double tap the "Home" button to bring up all open applications.
  • Swipe up on CDEAL'S to force the app to close.

Android

  • Depending on your device and version, open the Task Manager.
  • Swipe right on CDEALS or tap the 'X' in the right-hand corner.
